The homeowners approached us with a set of schematic plans from the internet. After being connected with the original Architect, we were able to start with owner-based changes to the plans like adding a guest wing of bedrooms connecting through a river-facing screened porch and larger windows.

We also did a review of the structural and environmental design, creating a river-site-specific cabin by placing the home on piers and adjusting some construction techniques to fit more efficiently with the homeowner's budget.

Leesa Mayfield and team are talented architects that know how to work with clients to make key design decisions. We worked together to adapt the design of a modern-style cabin with great success.
