We love to share our passion and excitement about all things architecture and design… but this announcement is particularly exciting! LMA is pleased to share that we can provide our clients with 3D walk-throughs during our 2nd or 3rd Schematic Design meetings.

3D walk-through technology allows you to virtually experience your future home before it is built. This means you can see the layout, a suggestion of materials, and a sense of the space in an interactive sketch. You can even walk around the space at eye level, “open doors” and get a feel for the scale and proportions of the rooms.

For our clients, this means going from this (boring ol’ 2D drawings):

To this (an axonometric plan!)!! (below)

This technology allows you to see how the building materials would come together, a better sense of how the spaces will function for you and how it will flow from one room to another.

When you have a crystal-clear understanding of the design before we progress into subsequent stages in the process, there is less chance that you will experience design or layout surprises. This can save you time and money, and provide a deeper sense of empowerment during the Schematic Design phase and beyond.

Are you thinking about starting a project? We’d love to make your dream a reality while saving you time, money, and sanity.
